If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give us a call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid our same day cancellation fee.
All clients who cancel, change, or no call no show the same day as their scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 . This fee is implemented as a courtesy to other clients and Luxe Day Spa Staff.
If you are booking an appointment to have any of the lash services, please arrive to the spa with absolutely no eye make up on. Lashes and eyelids should be cleansed prior to your appointment with oil free eye makeup remover to support the longevity of your lash service.
All first time lash clients will need to reserve their appointment with a credit card number. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel or no call no show the same day as the scheduled lash appointment. At which point you are subject to Luxe’s same day cancellation fee.
